Mind Empowered

Mind Empowered (ME) is a charitable organisation for the empowerment of youth and women. Every Saturday from 4-5 pm on Google Meet, we have an informative and inspirational session with one of our Mind Empowered Coaches who speaks to the attendees on a chosen subject of interest to youth and women. Our Webinars involve topics related to Mental health, Physical Health and Emotional Wellness. We at Mind Empowered (ME) aim To educate students regarding mental health. To change the public attitude and remove the stigma associated with mental health. To urge students to reach out and take help from a support group like Mind Empowered. To Improve physical well-being by Yoga, Zumba and Self-Defense techniques. To enhance their personality through behavioural workshops like building self-confidence, time management, and goal setting.
