MindArch Health, formerly Mind the Class, developed an approach to help social work teams prevent youth mental health problems by assessing the wellbeing of the environment and providing preventive consultation and data-informed preventive interventions to create a whole-organization change. With the data collected, we can advance evidence-informed preventive interventions at a larger scale to have a bigger impact. Nadine Wilches is the CEO and Founder of MindArch Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider who also completed her masters in Administrative Social Work at Fordham University (Phi Kappa Phi), that includes business, policy, program leadership and program model design.
