Mindful Schools

Mindful Schools empowers educators to spark systemic change from the inside out by cultivating awareness, resilience, and compassionate action. Our vision is for all children to learn in mindful schools that nurture a new generation of leaders to create a more equitable and thriving world. Mindful Schools is a non-profit organization founded in 2007. We are proud to be a partner of choice for over 500 schools across the country. Weve trained over 70,000 educators through professional development training, community resources and events, and most recently, national schoolwide mindfulness programs. Our programs are all designed by educators, for educators, with educators with deep experience bringing mindfulness to schools with an equity-centered, trauma-sensitive approach.
