The Mindfulness Association delivers two Masters degree Level Programmes as well as full and embodied training courses for all levels of mindfulness - from Foundations of Mindfulness to Insight & Wisdom Practices and retreats. We deliver a full teacher training package for Mindfulness and Compassion (MBLC and CBLC) with an emphasis on compassionate enquiry practices. We also have a new programme for teaching mindfunlness to young adults.(MBLC-YA).
