The Ministrys vision is to accelerate the economic development of the maritime and fisheries sectors while preserving ecosystems. This vision is broken down into three (03) strategic objectives: - to promote the development of a blue economy plan; - to develop the infrastructures allowing the increased development of the port economy - to promote the protection of coastal environments
