Mission E1

Mission E1 is the biggest yoga and movement centre in Europe with 14,000 square feet of space housing five studios, three treatment rooms, extensive changing facilities, sauna, and a restaurant. Mission was born in the middle of lockdown out of the desire to reunite communities and create a new, modern framework in which yoga and movement could flourish. The Mission founders are yoga students themselves, and have carefully selected a team of teachers who are not only the best in the UK, but share the mission to dismantle yoga and movements elitist, dogmatic reputation while still recognising the roots of practice. Our vision for the future is one where the bendy back shares a meal with the stiff hamstring. Where the introvert meets the extrovert, where the expert yoga student is inspired by the beginner students journey.
