Mission Matters Group was founded in 2011 for one purpose to help our clients harness the power of technology in support of their unique mission. The founding partners recognized that most non-profit organizations were drowning in an ever-increasing pool of data collected from program services, donor activities, events, volunteers, case management, etc. - while at the same time struggling to meet more stringent reporting requirements, learn from the data being collected and ultimately evaluate their own performance. In addition, we knew that many of these same organizations were wrestling with their traditional IT infrastructure including increasing costs and outages, support issues, software licensing and version control, etc. taking time and resources away from service delivery.
