Missouri Ozarks Community Action

Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) is a non-profit community action agency, comprised of people helping people. MOCA is dedicated to assisting low-income families and individuals in the eight Missouri counties of Camden, Crawford, Gasconade, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Phelps, and Pulaski. MOCAs goal is to help low-income people become self-sufficient. This is accomplished through the aid of federal, state, local, and private resources. MOCA is governed by a tripartite Board of Directors. 1/3 of MOCAs board represents public officials, 1/3 represents private sector individuals, and 1/3 represents our low-income constituency.
