From April 1, 2023, we will adopt a business holding company structure and make a fresh start with a new company name, MITSUI E&S Co., Ltd. Under the new structure, our operation and management are integrated, with the businesses of the former Mitsui E&S Machinery at the core, and we will speed up the development and execution of the strategies of the overall Group. We thought about our vision for achieving continued growth and stable income amid these environmental changes. In the Mid-Term Business Plan 2023 that we announced in May last year, we revised our previous manufacturing-oriented management philosophy, adopting one focused mainly on engineering and services. Going forward, we intend to be an engineering supplier, with products as our core strength, instead of being a mere product supplier.
