Mizrahi-Tefahot Invest (MTI) was established in 2021. MTI conducts direct and alternative equity investments as an active minority partner (up to 20%), focusing on the following sectors: 1. Israeli-based mature companies: MTI invests directly in the equity of stable companies with a strong management and a clear growth strategy, aiming at companies with a valuation of at least NIS 200 million; 2. Real-estate and infrastructure related companies: MTI invests directly in equity of companies operating in fields of real estate and infrastructure; 3. Investments Funds: MTI invests in a variety of investment funds including private equity, venture capital and real estate; 4. Technology and high-tech companies: MTI focuses on investing in Israeli-related global technology companies at their expansion phase (A-C financing rounds) and with a proven business model.
