We are a new construction and renovation contractor in Kelowna BC, building spec houses and contracting to such companies as Belfor Restoration, Coldwell Banker and Colliers property management. We have worked successfully in conjunction with quantum survey companies such as SPECS Limited on large and complicated property damage insurance losses. We are in good standing with Pacific Home Warranty and operate under their 2/5/10 (Home Pro) insurance. We specialize in structural damage repair, and travel across the Interior of BC providing service on a large variety of projects. Though our focus has been towards new build and residential renovation over the last several years we have risen to the challenge of large strata and commercial projects and have started a strata maintenance and renovation division to take care of these intensive tasks.
