MNNIT Green Club

I dont want to protect the Environment, I want to create a world where the environment doesnt need protection. The Green club is an initiative to create environmental awareness among people all over the world for environmental improvement and to introduce the culture of eco-friendliness, environmental conservation, and cleanliness among them. This club was inaugurated by the Honorable President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind on the 15th of December 2017 and its official journey started on the 15th of January 2018 on the occasion of Makar Sankranti under the supervision of Mr. Ashish Jaiswal (President of Green club). Green club has planted more than 2000 plants till now. Green Club also got District Green Champion Certificate for Prayagraj District in Academic Year 2020-21 as MNNIT has successfully constituted Swachhta Action Plan Committee, adopted best practices in the fields of Sanitation, Waste Management, Water Management, Energy, and implemented.
