Modelwerk GmbH was founded in 1995 by Claudia Midolo. It is the leading talent discovery and management agency in Germany, located in Hamburg. We place great emphasis on individually fostering each person that works with us; both internally and externally, such as our models and influencers. We take great care in fulfilling the needs of our customers and talents. For this purpose, we work very closely with a global network of partner agencies, editorial magazines, and advertising customers. We have a highly skilled team with expertise acquired over many years with a specific goal in mind. In addition to our up-and-coming New Faces, we represent a whole range of male and female models - from commercials, icons, and curves, to internationally renowned stars such as Anja Rubik, Irina Shayk, Candice Swanepol, Arthur Kulkov and Marlon Teixeira.
