Privately-held Modern Silicone Technologies, Inc. has been a leading contract manufacturer of high-tech, molded automotive gaskets for major aftermarket brands and OEMs since 1994. Launched in 2012, Magnum Gaskets (magnumgaskets.com) is the Automotive Aftermarket brand of MSi. Magnum covers upwards of 200,000 make-year-model vehicle applications and is distributed through hundreds of outlets across North America. The introduction of the Magnum Gaskets line allowed MSi to bypass international corporate middlemen and better serve the aftermarket directly. This coincided with MSis move to a larger manufacturing facility in Pinellas Park, FL with operations expanding into laser and die cutting, metal forming, precision coatings and complex kitting and packaging.
