Moksha Yoga Uptown is your hub for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We offer classes 7-days a week beginning at 6:30AM and running until 9PM. Moksha Yoga is the most popular class on our schedule. It is a unique yoga series which combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional hatha yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The hot in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Beyond Moksha, we offer many other styles of practice so that all practicioners can find their place in this studio. From vinyasa, pilates, power barre, and hatha to restorative, yin, and pre/post natal, practitioners always feel like they can find a class to suit their needs.
