Moka Smart City

The Smart Cities program has been launched in Mauritius to allow the emergence of new, smart urban areas across the country in the form of mixed developments incorporating offices, residential, commercial, educational and medical components as well as leisure facilities. Building on its developments started 10 years ago, MOKA is shaping into a smart city whilst committing to harmonize past and future, authenticity and modernity. The evolution of the MOKA region into an eco-responsible and lively city is based on the concept of citysmarting, which is a process of continuous improvement, following a planned pattern of urban development.
