Monaci delle Terre Nere is a luxury countryside retreat located on the slopes of Mount Etna. It is a serene place, filled with Sicilian scents and colours, set in a 62- acre estate which has an organic farm and terraced vineyards, and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Since 2019 it became a member of Relais & Chateaux group. Founder Guido Coffa took over ten years to create the hotel it is today, complete with 27 rooms, suites and private pool villas, Locanda Nerello - the hotels fine-dining restaurant - and the charming Convivium Bar.
