Twenty years ago, two hungry young men sat down in a dimly lit bar. Change was in the air. Between them Paul Gillings and Barry Doak had spent a long time in the security industry and firmly agreed on one thing; they wanted to do something different, they just hadnt figured out what that meant. So, over a bucket of sweaty beers they thrashed out what the hell it was they wanted Monatrix to be. They agreed that if they wanted big clients to trust them, they had to learn all about them and what made them tick. They had to build relationships.
