The mission of Montana Outdoor Science School is to promote and understanding, awareness and appreciation of the natural world through quality educational experiences. MOSS offers robust in-school science programs, a reputable and long-standing summer camp and adult workshops and classes. In 1994, Martha Collins, Louise Forrest and Martha Kauffman started a summer camp with the simple goal of creating fun, hands-on nature experiences for kids.
