The Moot Court Society (MCS) of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) Universitys New Law College, Pune is a student initiative established for developing and nurturing the mooting culture in our college with the endeavour of Refining Mooters, Redefining Mooting. The MCS has been entrusted with the responsibility of training and guiding the students for various state, national and international level moot court competitions under the aegis of our Dean and I/C Principal, Dr Ujwala S. Bendale, Patron, MCS. Under the supervision of MCS, the students have represented the college in International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition, Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, Stetson International Moot Court Competition, and many other international and national moot court competitions.
