MOOT COURT SOCIETY, CUSB

The Moot Court Society [MCS] is dedicated towards providing a platform to students of Department of Law and Governance of Central University of South Bihar [CUSB] to inculcate and enhance their advocacy skills. For this, the society conducts various workshops and training sessions regarding drafting and argumentative skills. The MCS also organizes various internal moot competitions, with the help of its faculty and student body, which eventually enables the students to participate in various other external national and international moot court competitions. Internal Pooling Competition In the year 2022, MCS organized its first ever Internal Pooling Competition in order to ignite the interest of Moot Court Competition in young minds.
