Morro Bay National Estuary Program

The Morro Bay National Estuary Program is a nonprofit that works collaboratively with citizens, organizations, agencies, and landowners to protect and restore the Morro Bay estuary for people and wildlife. Through community efforts, Morro Bay was established as a California State Estuary in 1994 and one of only 28 Estuaries of National Significance in 1995.
