MOSAIC Training Service and Healing Centre is an African-feminist, community based, non-governmental organisation (NGO) founded in 1993. MOSAICs vision is to create A more gender equal society where vulnerable people, especially women and children, are safe from abuse and violence in their relationships, homes and communities. MOSAICs mission is to 1. Prevent domestic violence to challenge and dismantle patriarchal norms, the privatisation of abuse and violence in relationships, homes and communities, thereby advancing gender equality and safety; 2. Support by responding to both urgent practical gender needs of survivors of violence to ensure that they heal from the effects of abuse and violence; 3.
