Moscarino Outdoor Creations was established on Clevelands West Side in 1999 and incorporated in 2003. Founding brothers Chas and Chris grew up mowing lawns and building landscapes in their neighborhood with family and friends. Each summer was busy as they cut lawns, planted trees, and eventually developed masonry skills by building patios. Early in their college careers, they purchased a single push mower and a pickup truck, allowing them to grow their business while also paying for tuition along the way.
