BUILDING AND GROWING SINCE 1948 The northern Ohio communities that surround us have undergone nearly complete transformations during Mosser Constructions history, which began in 1948. And weve been involved in so much of it! When Charles Mosser incorporated the company, he led us first into projects within the educational system. Our earliest projects began with elementary schools, which naturally led to high schools and eventually colleges. Commercial buildings and medical facilities were part of the early mix. Water treatment plants relied on Mosser. By the early 1950s, we were fully immersed in the bridge building business in connection with the Ohio and Indiana toll roads being built. As we continued to diversify, Mosser quickly became known as the leading builder for jails and prisons in our region.
