Motus Learning

We carry out mental health education workshops, which is proven by research to improve emotional intelligence. Alongside facilitators with a strong psychology education and vast teaching experience, the children are educated to understand their minds through aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Everything taught in the workshop is individually tailored for school children to understand. Our focus is to engage the children to discuss the topics in the workshop, in order to help them learn the skills presented. The aim of the interactive workshop is to get the children talking about emotions in a way that has never been done before. This will then allow them to develop meta-cognition (thinking about their thinking), which is an essential tool for successful emotion regulation.
