Mount Carmel Care Center is a Five-Star rated facility, as determined by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In addition, Mount Carmel Care Center has earned five consecutive deficiency-free surveys by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in its annual surveys, which is an unprecedented feat. We provide skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation and long term care for seniors. Mount Carmel Care Center is the only faith-based facility in the Berkshires.
