Mount of Olives Church

Mount of Olives Church is a community of believers in Jesus Christ committed to ministering to the families in our church and community. Mount of Olives is a Lutheran church, founded in 1967 in Mission Viejo, CA. We are a member congregation in Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC). The mission of Mount of Olives Church is To Know Christ and Make Him Known. This is done through worship, study, service, fellowship & outreach. Mount of Olives Church is the first and oldest church in Mission Viejo, California, and in 2017 celebrated its 50th anniversary of service to its members and the community. In 1967, land was donated by the local developers to build the church contingent upon if they would open the citys first preschool.
