At Moving Waves we believe that the practice of any art form is a powerful and therapeutic tool for any persons development. Our mission is to make the arts and their benefits accessible to as many people as possible. We run performing arts and fitness classes for adults, children, and educators and we facilitate themed workshops for schools and corporate teams.
