Medical Refresher Courses for Afghans (MRCA) is a French Non Governmental Organization (NGO), entirely health oriented, registered in France since 1985. Non-governmental, nonreligious and independent, MRCA activities are focusing on improving and providing health care services for vulnerable communities in Afghanistan, with a strong team of Afghan nationals.
