Working as a Vice President (Projects) from January 2010 to till date for Constructing and Renovating New Africa Hotel in Dar es Salaam. Have Responsibilities of Participation in Bidding of Tenders, Awarding Contract to the Contractor, Reporting to Client regarding the progress & budget requirement of a particular month .Summarizing the Total Concept of the work & Resort to operators and getting the feedback from them. Overall Supervision of all sorts of works and coordination with subordinates. Updating the clients with the requirement of the amenities in the Hotel and service and security related components. Also responsible for selection of Interior related materials for Rooms, Public Areas and BOH Areas. Involved in Planning, designing, coordination and execution works by coordinating with Architects, Designers & Consultants. (The Hotel Project is a renovation project.
