MSDLab @ IISc primarily works on (i) probing the fundamental challenges or roadblocks in enabling the next-generation Nanoelectronic devices, power semiconductor devices, and semiconductor devices for System-on-Chip applications and (ii) translating the new science discovered into better / industrially relevant technologies. On the nanoelectronics front, MSDlab has solved many fundamental showstoppers related to graphene and 2D materials-based FETs.
