Multicultural Aged Care

Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, under the PICAC (Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care) Programme, Multicultural Aged Care Inc. (MAC) is a peak body for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) ageing, aged, and community care. Sector Support MAC facilitates the sharing of information within the sector and leads sector development discussions. MAC has continuously engaged and collaborated with key stakeholders in aged care such as the Commonwealth Department of Health, Aged and Community Services Australia, SA Collaborative Projects, NARI, FECCA, PCAN, OPAN and NACA etc. Resource Development MAC also plays an important role in the creation and development of national resources and has represented the CALD voice on various national working groups.
