Multicultural Care provides culturally tailored aged and disability in home support services to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our organisation is a not-for-profit community organisation that has been meeting the needs of Sydneys elderly and people living with disabilities for over 30 years. We are a registered NDIS provider funded by the Australian Government Department of Health to provide in home-care support for people with disability and the elderly to empower these individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our in-home care services are 100% culturally-tailored and delivered by a committed, passionate and qualified team. Multicultural Care is able to support individuals and families requiring all levels of support at home or in the community.
