MultiVersitys (MVHP) mission is to become the recognized leader in its targeted markets in the acquisition and repositioning of apartments and work force housing (core plus, value-add, and opportunistic/development) in the East Coast Corridor (from Philadelphia to Florida) and Pittsburgh. Moreover, MVHP acquires purpose built student housing at Universities with 15,000 or more students (in university markets that are located primarily East of the Mississippi). We have also acquired or pursued acquisitions in TX and CO.
