Starting from founder Anguss freelance personal training business in 2013, Munchfit began with the aim of delivering fresh, nutritionally balanced meals to accelerate training results. Delivering to a range of premium gyms and corporate clients across London, and has just launched its first caf in Equinox (Kensington). Our meals have been developed using fresh, seasonal ingredients, sustainable free-range produce, nutrient-rich superfoods and bio-available protein sources. Prepared by our dedicated team of chefs and delivered fresh daily, our meals combine optimum nutrition and restaurant-quality taste. Munchfit has now delivered over 100,000 meals, supplying our signature Strong, Balanced, and Lean retail meals in Londons premiere fitness destinations, including Equinox (Kensington), Barrys Bootcamp, and BXR.
