MUNI | CREATIC is centre of research excellence at the Masaryk Universitys Faculty of Medicine. CREATIC is dedicated to the research, development and production of advanced therapy medicinal products of selected rare diseases. As a public research centre, we address the need for non-commercial development and production of technologies to treat individuals or very small groups of patients, suffering from rare or undiagnosed diseases. The CREATIC Centre combines academic, research and clinical spheres at a strategically accessible location for the entire Central European region. Our partners in the project are the Fraunhofer Institute for Cell Therapy and Immunology IZI, the Leipzig University and the University of Copenhagen. We are building technologically advanced production laboratories on the premises of the Faculty of Medicine of MU, which will serve researchers for the development and production of cell and gene therapies.
