MEWA has been providing community services through various projects and programs, mainly in the fields of Education, Harm Reduction and Healthcare Services for the last 30 years. Working with the Government, Local County Authorities and other National and International stakeholders, the organization aspires to become a Centre of Excellence in the provision of services and support to community development programs in the Coastal Region of Kenya
