Muzinich & Co. SGR S.p.A. was launched in 2017 (under the name Springrowth SGR) by a team of Italian senior bankers with the initial aim of targeting the low-risk end of the alternative investment spectrum within the private debt market. We provide a differentiated lending model by focusing on loans co-originated with Italian and international banks and packaged in highly-diversified portfolios, an approach that is actively sponsored by the European Investment Fund. Our capabilities, which combine a large origination network with unique portfolio management tools, offer what we believe is a strong complement to Muzinichs current Italian private debt strategies.
