My Deaf Therapys clinicians promote health and wellness using a holistic approach to therapy while integrating proven, evidence-based treatment methods. We employ a multimodal approach to holistic healing utilizing mind and body therapies while incorporating evidence-based psychotherapy treatments. At My Deaf Therapy, the approach to the healing process is unique to each clients needs and experiences. We emphasize the importance of inclusivity and embrace diversity and fluidity of various identities on a number of spectrums (e.g., hearing, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse).
