My Gym has created an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children six weeks to thirteen years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Imaginations soar and children triumph at My Gym Childrens Fitness Center. Our structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and other original activities.
