I started the The Khayelitsha Cookie Company (KCC) to CREATE OPPORTUNITY ONE BITE AT A TIME, ONE JOB AT A TIME. This slogan has served as KCCs tagline, motto and KCCs mission statement since I hired my first employee in a very small township called Mfuleni.
