It is 100% owned by the players who elect their own representatives to serve on organisational structures with the responsibility to determine the vision, mission and general strategy. The main focus of MyPlayers is to manage the players collective interest and the potential thereof. The Players Organisation also helps each professional rugby player with their industrial relations, their career development and also provides them with core financial services
