From Awareness to Action and Impact (2013-Present) NAHTs journey began when its founder and executive director, Mary Trapnell, was confronted with the stark reality of human trafficking in her community. Fueled by her awareness and compassion for the victims, she committed herself to fighting this atrocity and aiding those victimized. Mary started by serving victims directly, joining an anti-trafficking organization, and building a support network. This laid the foundation for NAHT to become the impactful organization it is today.
