We structured Nal Foods to have the Marketing & Sales Department driving the engagement with markets & customers, partnering with the Operations Department which works on all details to produce the right quality products, and all supported by the Shared Services Department which cares about all required enablers such as people, finance, technologies and other corporate roles. Those three departments chaired each by a Director, reporting to the CEO of Nal Foods, who reports to the Chairman
