The idea of NAMUTUMBA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, was born to us as volunteer students from Universty to the community of Namutumba, Our team comprised of Social work and Healthy workers. During our six month stay in NAMUTUMBA in 2006. While in Namutumba, we were comfroted with serious health problems of Children with malnutrition, Maternity death of Women and Children, Water born diseases and Jiggers that had put the community on alarm.
