Napa Valley Community Housing

NVCH is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit 501(c)(3) Corporation, that develops attractive, well-built, affordable housing for Napa Countys low & moderate income residents. In that effort, we plan and build new housing, we purchase existing run down properties and rehabilitate them, and we manage affordable rental units. Our management portfolio includes sixteen properties housing 1,750 residents, including 650 children, and over 200 seniors. By responding to the unique housing needs of low and moderate income residents in Napa County, NVCH has been the premier developer and provider of affordable housing in the Napa Valley for 33 years
