National Capital offers structuring and fully-fledged investment and asset management services for all assets classes, managing portfolios in listed and private equities, money markets and debt solutions, in addition to M&A serving listing and IPO advice and arrangement, with focus on Private Equities and Venture Capital. The main activity focus is establishing and operating private equity closed-end funds in Saudi Arabia with an emphasis on military & defense, renewable energy, healthcare innovation, education, metals & mining, and waste management & recycling investment sectors. Through these investments, National Capital aims to contribute to the economy and Vision 2030 by transferring technology & know-how, employment of nationals, utilizing local raw material & supply chain, complementing the industrial ecosystem, in addition to financial gains
