National Coalition for Decentralisation

The National Coalition for Decentralisation (NCD) is a network of citizen organizations that actively advocate for increasing the degree of decentralisation of Serbia, strengthening the political power of citizens and greater participation of citizens in the decision-making process. NCD is a coalition of 13 CSO members from 10 cities with different geographical coverage (East, West, South Serbia regions, Vojvodina, Sandzak, Sumadija), areas and target groups of interest (media, youth, environment, minorities, etc.) Starting its work as an informal network of 60 CSOs in 2006, NCD was formally registered on February 22, 2010. The secretariat-specialized fully equipped office with 12 employees is in charge of Coalition management and coordination.
