National Family Resiliency Center

NFRC is a non profit mental health center that provides comprehensive services and educational programs to children, teens and adults. NFRC has a highly experienced staff and works with families of all compositions and diversity. NFRC specializes in helping families through transitions such as separation, divorce or the end of a relationship. Family changes are stressful and affect everyone!! This is a time of changing emotions, feelings of loss, worries, anger and confusion. NFRC staff work with clients to establish a roadmap-- steps and coping skills to move forward; We help parents create a child- focused parent plan that helps parents navigate decisions about children, communicate as co-parents and the understand the different developmental changes their children experience.
